Join me for a 2-hour guided ceremonial experience held within the energy of the first full moon of the year. This sacred circle is designed to support a deep release of the past year while gently opening space to receive clarity, intention, and renewal for the year ahead. Through grounding meditation, ritual reflection, sound healing with crystal singing bowls, journaling, and intention setting, you’ll be guided through an honoring and intentional transition into the new year — feeling clear, supported, and aligned.

🌱 Opening Grounding & Chakra Alignment
Settle into your body and connect deeply with the Earth through guided meditation and breath.
🌕 Full Moon Release Ceremony
Reflect on the energy of the past year and gently release what no longer serves under the guidance of the full moon.
🔔 Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Healing
Throughout the ceremony, crystal singing bowls will be used to support energetic clearing, grounding, alignment, and intention anchoring.

Soul-led prompts to support release, insight, and conscious reflection.

Invite fresh energy, possibility, and awareness as you step into a new chapter.
